- MOCIIP requirements. Consignments are documented for Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Investment Promotion food import clearance, with composition, origin and dating.
- Halal certification. Issued per consignment by a recognised body, covering the mill, the packing line and the shipped lot.
- Arabic labelling. GSO-standard Arabic and English labels applied at the mill, carrying net weight, origin, production and expiry dates and importer details.
- Shelf life on arrival. Fresh crop shipped and date-coded to arrival, so remaining shelf life meets Omani food control expectations.
- Export documentation. Phytosanitary certificate, certificate of origin, commercial invoice, packing list and bill of lading with every shipment.
